review 1: I can't count how many times in one day my kids ask me to reread this book. You know I have to teach you other things right???? It's a highly interactive book with a great exchange of dialogue between parent/teacher and child/student. Just read the script as is and it will coincide completely with what the kids naturally say back to you making for a delightful exchange. Genius! Yes, books with no pictures can be just as fun, even for a 4, 5, 6 or 7 year old. Even more so, books are just FUN!
review 2: Laugh out loud funny. Sometimes it is not so much the content or literary value that matters when trying to engage young readers. This book is so funny it will make kids want to read because they will discover that reading doesn't always have to be informational o... morer follow a story line; sometimes books are just silly and make us laugh.
