review 1: The cover of the book is light yellow and white. The title is red and blue. The word cheetah is red and "can't lose" is in blue. On the front there's three cheetah's but the two little ones are different colors. The cheetah is on a podium and has a medal around his neck.This book is about a cheetah and a cat. they have a race to see who is the better cat or feline. The cheetah is favored to win of course. However, the cats have something up their sleeve.
review 2: I felt like this message was a little skewed. Finally the other cats win as they should, but then they give him their medals and decide to let him win? The super competitive Cheetah needs to be taken down a notch, not encouraged...I can also see how the other cats were kind of tricking him into winn... moreing, so they felt bad and let him win? Meanwhile, cheetah is saying all sorts of unkind things...I don't know. My kids liked it, so I give it a 3. less
