review 1: Reading this book was much like getting punched in the fucking face a bunch of fucking times, in the best way possible. Sands's writing is blunt, aggressive, and intentionally full of idiotic testosterone, suitable to his characters. The most hilarious moments occur when his character wavers between reality and the bizarre. This book has everything an action-packed bizarro book should have: explosions, penises, throat-ripping, and sandwiches. Fuck yeah.
review 2: Slight but very funny in parts. Rico Slade is a fictional character played by homosexual actor Chip Johnson; who needs to sort out who he is. His psychiatrist Harold Schwartzman is losing clients and needs Chip's business to pay for the bling his wife is demanding or she'll go bang everyone down at the... more local sandwich shop.
