review 1: This mesmerizing quick Redwood Pack novella shows Maddox and Ellie that they can learn to forgive as long as they rely on each other and their love. This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers intrigued with a glimpse of Maddox and Ellie’s life. The author describes the story with well written details that invites the reader to join them as they remember and reaffirm, with a little help from Charlotte’s drama, that they can have a HEA. Their passion still burns hot, they just need a little help with the relationship and the emotional turmoil and drama draws the reader deeper into the story and captures the reader’s heart. These glimpses of the Redwood Pack characters entrenches each and every one further into the reader’s heart and makes the reader feel a... mores if they are part of their world. I really enjoyed this one as much as I did the others, but I would like to warn the readers: Do not read this one before Fighting Fate, major spoiler, of course the series is better read in order because of the war that rages with the Central Pack any way.
review 2: I was gifted a copy of Loving the Omega by the author/publisher in exchange for an honest review.Loving the Omega is a novella from the Redwood Pack series by Carrie Ann Ryan. I have not read any of the previous books. This did not hinder my enjoyment of the story at all. Meeting Ellie and Maddox for the first time as they are faced with their worst fear gave me insight into their love and a hint into their past. Their daughter is missing and found in the presence of their rival enemies. Or are they enemies? Watching them as they realize that family is greater than the blood that runs through their veins was heartwarming. The characters are well written. The story is complete in itself and yet gives you a glimpse into what came before. If you have not already started this series I would recommend reading it, especially if you are a fan of paranormal stories. These wolves are complex characters who are fiercely protective and yet loving. less

A nice bridge to the Talon Pack series, but it didn't have the same depth as the rest of the series.
