review 1: Perfect for a bit of light reading. Skylar Spencer heads to key west when his baby brother calls him to be his best man. Take some pictures, stand up for his brother and meet his soon to be sister-in-law and her twin sister. Easy peasy, right? Well, said twin turns out to be a guy and not just any guy, but a guy Skylar has history with. The story flows well from beginning to end with likeable characters and a cute storyline of the past, present and future coming together. The history that Skylar and Casey share, albeit brief, makes them comfortable with each other. There is a lot of content wrapped up in just a few pages. From the impending wedding of their siblings to their own budding romance and Gold manages to bring everything full circle in the end.Predictable but fun ... moreread with a definite HEA. Perfect story for hopeless romantics, with the added M/M twist.
review 2: 3.5 stars This reminds me a bit of Quinn's Hart, another book by the same author. In both books, the main characters are from St. Louis MO but are on vacation --and meet each other--in Florida.Unlike QH, however, I didn't feel burning sexual tension and warm chemistry between the MCs. I did like that we got to see the MCs beyond Florida. In addition, we also read about the relationships between the groom and the bride (no girlie bits there, just relationship issue), and between the MC's father and mother. These relationships are intertwined nicely with the MC's. less
