review 1: Reviewed by: MollyBook provided by: PublisherReview originally posted at Romancing the BookSo I’m a HUGE Cat Grant fan. She writes m/m romance like no other, and I love her work. That being said, I was psyched to be able to read another of her pieces. However, this is book three in her Icon Men series, and I totally wish I would have read books one & two. That doesn’t mean I don’t like this one. Because I do. A lot. It’s just that when a book is so wonderfully written and it’s in a series, I want the full effect. So, I will definitely, with out a doubt, be grabbing books one and two in this series.A FOOL FOR YOU brings us Chase and Brian’s story. Wow, is all I have to say. These two men are stunningly created and their back stories, as well as the present stor... moreies, are amazingly written and really pulled me to the center of the book. The emotions rolled through me the whole time I was reading their stories.Brian and Chase are wonderfully created and really captured me. Their characteristics are real and came to life for me. I felt a part of them while I was reading. And the passion between these men as they fought to let go of the past, and embrace what was true and real, was intense! This story of letting go and moving on, grabbing the present and aiming for the future, is one that I would recommend to everyone who loves a wonderful m/m romance novel. It’s exciting, intense, page-turning and breathtaking. Each page turn brings you a new look into Brian and Chase’s lives and will leave you happy to be a fool in love with reading! Well done once again, Ms. Grant!
review 2: Another great story from one of my favorite authors! I really enjoyed this new story in the series. I initially thought that Brian was being a bit immature at the beginning with his attitude towards his father and Cam and having to work. But, overall, I really loved his relationship with Chase and how complex both characters wound up being with Brian's learning disability and Chase's past. I loved getting to see more with the couples from the previous two books. My favorite is still Trevor and Cameron...I love them, and Mike and Ryan had a funny bit too! I love this series and hope there will be more! less
