A Brit in the FBI
review 1: I did not like this book as much as the other Coulter FBI series books I have read. There was an extreme amount of violence and a complicated plot. Many of the historical references were entirely fictional, and this was indicated by the author's note but not until the end of the book. It took me longer to read this book than I expected--partly because it is a busy time of year and partly because of the numerous characters and complicated plot mentioned above. I found it interesting but also had no difficulty putting it down. I did like the short chapters! I must say I was disappointed in this book.
review 2: Catherine Coulter and J.T. Ellison have teamed up once again in “The Lost Key,” a thrilling sequel to their “Brit in the FBI series,” which
... morebegan with last year’s bestseller “The Final Cut.” For long-time fans of Coulter’s FBI series led by Dillon Savich and Lacey Sherlock, husband and wife FBI agents and computer specialists, Nicholas Drummond brings the feel and skills of a sexy James Bond into the mix. “The Lost Key” is a frightening and well-written techno glimpse into what might lie ahead. Let’s hope there truly are agents keeping it from happening. less
