review 1: I liked about ten pages of this book ok maybe 20. The rest felt like the first two. All of Kylie's friends fight, love triangle and trying to figure out what she is. Oh wait isn't that another book? Maybe YA authors need to get a little more creative! I thought about reading the next one and then I saw that there were two more. Instead I just read a review of the last book to get closure. This series should have been a trilogy. There was too much repetition. I can't recommend this series. I think the author wants to keep it clean but she pushes it just a little too much.
review 2: i loved this book a lot. the only reason it lost a star from me is because i got a little lost when she was dealing with her ghost. i know that the ghost was not supposed to ... moremake a lot of sense, but even when she was talking about things she did remember i was lost a few times. but i like the passion and the feelings Kylie had towards all characters, even the ones she hates, my favorite interactions was when ever the she-wolf was around Kylie. i think that's when Kylie's characters emotions was expressed in a different way then with Lucas or Della, even when dealing with Ellie when she doesn't like her. less

I have officially fainted. This book got me sooo bored. I couldn't get past the first five chapters. I'm all like: "We get it. Kylie, you are trying to find out what you are, and your heart is torn in two by Lucas and Derek. Just pick one and move on! It shouldn't take you like, a year, to pick ONE. The book says she's dating Lucas, but yet, she likes Derek. SCANDAL!" And also: "Just because Daniel says "We will discover this together," that doesn't mean KYLIE IS GOING TO DIE." Common sense people, no offense. :) It was still okay though.

You know you have a good book in hand when reading the short summary (in the back cover or inside the cover) hooks you in. The Shadow Falls Series by C.C Hunter did that for me. As soon as i picked up the first book and started to read I couldn't stop. I counted the days that i had to wait until I could get my hands on the next book in line. This books was all sorts of amazing. Loved it with everything I had
