Espero volver a encontrar a la Cecelia de Love Rosia, How to fall in love and Thank's for The memories.
review 2: In Cecelia Ahern's novel, "The Book of Tomorrow", Tamara Goodwin is a spoiled, over-indulged and self-involved teenager living in a luxurious mansion in Dublin, Ireland. Never having to look beyond the next latte or the we
... moreekend's shopping excursion, Tamara is unprepared for the abrupt death of her father. And the mountain of debt and unanswered questions left for her and her mother. Left with few options, they move to a small village in the country, taking up residence with her overly quiet and reserved uncle and continuously hovering and peculiar aunt. For Tamara, nothing could be worse. Bored and lonely, she visits a traveling library on a whim. When she discovers an old, leather-bound book with a gold lock and no title or author, she's intrigued enough to take it back home. Prying open the lock, she finds nothing but blank pages. Unimpressed, she sets it aside. But when she looks at the book later and sees an entry in her own handwriting, she is shocked. How did this happen? When events play out the following day, exactly as written, Tamara soon realizes that, through the magic of the book, she has the knowledge of what tomorrow will bring. And the ability to change it. But should she? Or are some things better left unknown and some pages better left unturned. This is a lovely and interesting novel that examines the age-old paradox of knowing, and changing, the events of the future. Can we change it? Should we change it? Does the knowledge make us a better person? And what happens when we stubbornly cling to the things we cannot change? Through the pages of the diary, Tamara gains insight into her own life and actions, as well as a new perspective on those around her. Ahern brings the Irish countryside to life as seen through the eyes of a confused and grieving young woman. It is a very engaging read with a touch of romance, a measure of family intrigue and a sprinkling of magic. less

OMG what a book! Been a while since I read a fiction book that blew me away. All through the story there is a clues that if you don't pick up you wont understand the ending. Each chapter leaving a cliff hanger for next, a must read for everyone!I have to say I struggled with the main character at the beginning - selfish, arrogant, ungrateful girl but as the story goes on you understand why.I cant recommend this book enough! This is my first book by Cecelia Ahern but it certainly wont be my last!

I'm very disappointed with this book. I was expecting more from Cecelia since I'm a big fan of her other books. I thought the book would be more magical. It is magical, the future diary entry, but I don't think the diary gives much different to the story as a whole. Like, she still might discover about her real life without the help from the 'magic diary'. So yeah, since the title of the book itself is focusing on the 'magic diary', I'm very disappointed.
