review 1: This book was beautiful. Not only the words and the cover, but the story about friendship. How you can know someone for forever and realize your not really friends, but you can meet some one and just instantly click. How you can be friends despite your background, country or politics. I loved this book. It would be a five star except it had teen drinking and smoking and stuff, which i hated cause it otherwise would deserve it.
review 2: Rose has given up. She's given up on friendship, on happiness, on life being anything other than black, black, black. Yrena wants out. She's a dancer who doesn't want to dance, a prisoner in her own home, a resident of New York who never gets to see the city. To Rose, Yrena has always been the Russian girl who lives next door, s
... moreeen through the window but never spoken to. At least not until Yrena crashes into Rose's room-and Rose's life-and sets in motion a night in New York City that none of them will ever forget.I chose this book because a lot of people have told me that this book was a really good book. At first I didn't believe them, but then I decided to give it a try and it was pretty good.I finished this book because it was a fast page turner that really grabbed my attention. Reading about Rose losing Yrena in the middle of New York, made me want to continue reading until I finished the book. I would have never guess that Rose and Caleb would have begin to like each other !I would recommend this book to my friend named Michelle because she would love reading a book like this one. With dancers and Dramatic people and all. She is just like all of them. An amazing dancer and an extremely dramatic character. less
