review 1: Wow. Amazing loved it. I had this book in my Kindle forever and kept skipping over it and finally decided to read it. And I am so glad I did one of my favorite books to date. The story was different, very good different, loved the characters and of course Kel is sexy as sin. It was raw, dirty, sexy, hot and yes loving romantic at times read. Yes I cried and I loved the ending. Chanse Lowell is my new favorite author!
review 2: Probably more of a 2.5 for me. I was a bit confused on if this was a contemporary or a scifi/pnr type book. By the end I did figure out it has scifi elements but they weren't explored very well. The "hero" Kel was not in the least bit likable to me. I don't mind dirty talk in books but he was just crude, rude and socially unacceptable.... more I have no clue what ever attracted Casey to him. I do love this cover. I did finish it. I did want to know what happened to them. People who enjoy a bit darker rougher reads would enjoy this book. less
