review 1: EntertainingThis is the second book to the series and not a self-contained story. The first left off with a cliff hanger and so did this one just not as bad as the first. It’s a good story with good characters and good action. Well written but a little wordy at times. The worst part will be waiting for the next book to come out. Very original story line with some very interesting character interplay. I was given this free book for an honest opinion by the author.
review 2: Alright, way to stress me out! LOL, so River wakes up, and finds out that Jonathan's not just gone, but they are told he died. Poor thing, she goes into complete mental mode. Like depression times 5. And then, things and secrets are kept from her, like that Jonathan isn't exactly dead,... more and when she finally finds this out, she's a woman on a mission. River has an amazing character. Jonathan is also quite a good guy. He goes home to find out something completely amazing and yet heartbreaking. In one sentence, he finds out he has family he didn't know and that he's loosing family he cherishes. It's like mind blowing, tear jerking, completely heart wrenching. WOW. All in the mean time, there's conspiracies and amazing things happening back in River's world. I can't lie, I am obsessed with this series. I absolutely cannot wait to see what's in store for book three, because the twists and turns just make me wanna bite something LOL I'm so impressed with how much I was not expecting from this book, and I can't even tell you the good stuff because I would ruin things for you! Ms Abel, you always impress me, but really I can't wait for you to really gimme some goodies in book three!!! 5 AMAZING WOLFY PAWS!!! less
