review 1: Here's how it begins: "Cowy Cow has one hundred ideas. Here are some of her ideas. Number 79: Green is the best color ever. Number 34: If you chew grass long enough, it might taste like a gluten-free oatmeal raisin cookie."Cowy Cow may be my favorite of the four Thingy Thing books I've read today. Cowy Cow is sharing with the narrator some of her ideas. The reader is told that she has ONE HUNDRED ideas. However, only two come to the surface. Still, the narrator concludes, as may the reader, that Cowy Cow is quite smart. The book definitely has a sense of humor. And the illustrations are distinctive.
review 2: I received this book as a GoodReads First reads.Cowy Cow is a cute little book. If it was marketed toward an even younger reader I would have given it a 4
... more star; however, with it being for 2+ yr olds I can only give it a 2.75 stars. It was a cute little read that puts a smile on your face. I just can't see a 2+yr old sitting there long enough to listen to it be read. Make it a cloth book or a cardboard book and market the book for 9mths and up it would be perfect. The signed copy of this book was given to my niece for my unborn nephew. I know she will have a wonderful time reading it to her little boy once he gets here. All in all, Cowy Cow is a perfect little read for small children. less

The illustration of the cow, which I adored, pushed this to 4 stars. I thought it was cute and fun.

I like the strange playfulness of this little book, but it really needs to be longer.

Adorable artwork. Rather an odd storyline, even for a 16-page book.

This book is kind of silly and strange. But it made me giggle!
