review 1: The story begins with Dahlia a 17 year old girl who has been fostered into a family after having gone through a few homes. She is a very shy.. and I say that as most of the story she has her head down..yet she also has a very defiant mode to her. Her foster home I'm sure is unaware of her past history and the reason Dahlia is so special. Her foster brother Sam although comes across as a bit brash in the beginning tends to show that he has true concern over her in the rest of the book. Dahlia has dreams many dreams that she cannot understand and has NO idea they are actual past clips of her life. One night she's aware she's not alone and turns to see Mr. Green Eye's.. the one that may have to end everything. He lets her know her past secrets throughout the story. Kn... moreowing how important she is he does his best to do the job he is supposed to do but he begins having feelings for her. Sam has done his best in the story to bring Dahlia's shyness out and rid of but putting her out there amongst his friends. During these visits things always happen something or someone is trying to take Dahlia down. Unsure who she should trust she manages to accept her past history and the shocks that come with it. There is a lot of unpredictable events in this book that just takes you off guard. I loved it!!
review 2: Weird to be reviewing my own book but here it goes..."Dahlia" is the first book in a series that introduces some of the characters in the Blood Crave Series world. It's about an ordinary girl who actually isn't so ordinary as she discovers who she really is. "Dahlia" has some intrigue, humor, and a little bit of romance :)A revised version has been recently published and I am ecstatic with the changes made. I hope you enjoy! less
