review 1: Honor Stone is a young FBI agent. Seth Cavanaugh is a former cop setting up a deep undercover assignment when he meets Honor. After dating for a few months, he walks away from her and his large family. It's the only way to keep them all safe while he's undercover trying to catch a drug lord.After 5 years, Seth gets the bad guy but has lost his family and the girl he loves. Seth's family finally calls, asking him for help to find his missing niece. His investigation coming up empty, he contacts Last Chance Rescue for help. Honor left the Bureau and now works for LCR and she's heading up the team looking for Seth's niece. This is book 7 of the Last Chance Rescue series and the first book I've read of this this author. I liked Honor and Seth (although I did... moren't like the reason that brought them together again.) Also... I was glad I had tissues handy by the end of the book.... I needed several.

This book focuses on Honor and Seth who have a history together. They were a couple when Seth breaks Honor’s heart and leaves her in order to complete his undercover assignment, which Honor knew nothing about. The bulk of this story takes place five years later when that meet again to work an assignment for Last Chance Rescue. Seth has hired Last Chance Rescue to find his missing niece. The sparks once again fly between Seth and Honor and Christy Reece weaves a story that is action packed, gripping and enthralling. The premise is fascinating and very well written. You feel for the characters and find yourself on the edge of your seat as the story progresses and the villain’s plot takes center stage. The romance is top notch as Seth and Honor find themselves coming together again as they risk their lives to find not only Seth’s niece but the other kidnapped victims. This book has everything you can ask for in a romantic suspense and it all comes together in an excellent conclusion.Sweet Justice is highly recommended for fans of Romantic Suspense. less
