review 1: couldnt finish this book... I tried... but when I realized I was skimming to finish I quit. the beginning was just too dominant yet she was pathetic in her own head... and after he calls her out in the meeting she still doesnt do anything about it, pushover. nope just couldnt continue... liked the guy but not enough to read on.. 67% and this bugs me because I cannot remember the last time I quit a book.
review 2: And yes, there actually WAS a story! Heather meets Tony at a speed dating event. She decides to act 'out of character' and has an interesting meeting with Tony on a balcony during the event, where she realizes that she can actually not be the submissive one. Tony calls her -- later -- a 'vanilla dom' -- not hardcore (thank heavens!) but just enough to ... moremake things interesting. I enjoyed watching the two characters change and become more true to themselves. less
