review 1: Wow. The beginning was a little hard to get into. And there was a lot to take in. I ended up loving the book though. It was a perfect summer read. I felt like I could relate to Finn and everything she was going through. And I feel like other young adults and teens can definitely relate. And I was even rooting for Finn and Jersy from the start. And it pissed me off when they had to end their relationship. Well, more like they chose to end their relationship. I feel like that there were some loose ends. Perhaps I'm just a sucker for a good love story, and I felt that Jersy and Finn really deserved to be together. And I didn't like where it left off, with her on the phone with him. Left too much to the imagination. I understand that it was good for Finn to look back on her y... moreear and see how far she had come emotionally. However, it was a disappointment that they didn't end up together definitively.
review 2: Something was just off about the whole book to me. I can't really tell what it was, except I didn't click with any of the characters. Sad but true. I did love the musical element though, I love her style though I'm like Jersy in liking a bit of everything. But the music was barely enough to keep me going. About halfway through i did manage to dig in, and it wasn't bad. But like I said nothing really clicked. less
