review 1: This story is a sequel to Escorted and is told entirely in Ander's point of view. Ander knows sex. Sometimes he thinks it's all he knows. But Lori has shown him that she sees through his facade and really loves the man behind the mask. When something happens that shakes him to the core, will he reveal to her the truth of hide his brokenness once again?I thought this was a great sequel to Escorted! I was really interested to read a story told entirely in Anders point of view and I wasn't disappointed. While there is plenty of sex in the story, it's purpose is to convey what Ander feels -that his worthiness of Lori lies strictly in his ability to please her sexually. But Lori knows him and sees what he's doing, calling him on it and making him realize that to hold on to her,... more he must be willing to reveal everything, not just the parts of him he is willing to share. It's a fast, sexy read with a wonderful emotional undertone. 5 stars.
review 2: The continuing story of Lori and Ander, seemingly happy and living together. Told from Anders perspective, we find that Ander is hiding something from Lori and trying to hold it together as he believes Lori deserves more. Still steamy - yes. I was a little disappointed that the secret Ander was hiding was basically the whole basis of this story, I would have liked more progression of their relationship on a longer time period. less

Follow up to escorted. Not much actual story so only read if you needed more of the characters.
