review 1: I enjoyed this book a lot. It's a little dark, the consent dubious. If you are looking for a good BDSM book with a lot of scenes this is it. If you are looking for something to help you get your rocks off with your B.O.B. this is the book. Some people might not agree with my review and berate the story for the psychology of the characters but I don't read fiction like this expecting it to be logical. I suspend my disbelief and enjoy the ride.
review 2: I really wish I could give this a higher rating. I have read a lot of books and out of those books there were two that I just had to stop. This one was close to making that list. However I continued through just hoping that I would get more involved in the story. The plot was good and the writing was good. It was... more my connecting to the characters that I just couldn't do. My only thought on this has to be I was most likely just not into this as much as I wanted to be. Maybe I wasn't in the right mindset. Either way, I wouldn't want you to not read this book. I think everyone's reactions is different. So read it for yourself and determine what you feel. less
