review 1: I loved this book!! This is a compilation of 5 Novellas that combined create one whole story. It was fun for me to see how each author took over the story from the ending of the previous one and continued the story focusing on another character. I thought the characters were well developed and likable throughout. It is clean and entertaining. The relationships have just enough tension but not so much to be ridiculous like many romances. They are sweet and uplifting. It shows individuals successes and relationships. Many of these authors are new to me and I will look for more of their works.
review 2: I was totally prepared to enjoy this book but I found it a let-down, to be honest. I know all four of these ladies' work and crave their novels, and I loved Smitte
... moren when it came out. But this... I found it cliche, predictable and not at all believable. Case in point: Anna is unsure of buying some sheep and her excuse is she has nowhere to put them. Her male interest just happens to have a piece of empty property with a barn that he is not using. Later, he and Anna are caught in a storm, their truck dies out of the blue, and their cellphones aren't available for whatever reason. Really?? The characters were rather one dimensional. In short, I had to force myself to finish it. Disappointing. I think I will stick with their personal novels and no more novellas. less

This one lived up to the first one in the series. I'm looking forward to book three.
