review 1: I loved this book.Nath Dragon is one bad ass character.I highly recommend this book and I can't wait to read the rest of this series.The writing is amazing.The world is amazing.I couldn't put this book down.It is hard to find a good dragon book.The only thing I didn't like was that the book was so short.Hopefully they get bigger as the series goes on.Action action action.
review 2: Started reading this one, and while it does have many redeeming qualities, it just didn't do it for me. There are certain narrative styles that are utterly unable to pique my interest, and this book falls into that category. I found myself reading on out of a sense of duty to finish what I started more than anything else. When I discovered this fact, I put it down. I'll try returning... more to it later, when I'm in a different state of mind, but for now, this book is shelved. less
