review 1: I'm new to this series and after reading book one jumped right into this one. Love the characters who are tough yet vulnerable in their own ways. Theses a fire bug serial on the loose and Kent is determined to team up with the feisty female firefighter who is fighting a loss of a friend and fellow firefighter at the hands of this twisted individual. When the killer is called out publicly, the game is on and the heat increases. Attracted to each other and burning up the sheets , can these two determined and strong individuals catch a killer or get burned trying? Can't wait to read the next book!
review 2: This was a fast paced, kept my interest read! Kenton is a FBI agent assigned to find a serial arsonist. And Lora Spade is a firefighter determined to find t... morehe arsonist as well. Lora wants revenge having lost her lover six months earlier to the fire the arsonist set. Once again, I have found a heroine I really like, she is tough, independent and struggling with her own issues. Kenton is strong, handsome, intelligent and treats Lora with respect. The chemistry between them is hot and intense. The story moved well and I enjoyed seeing the rest of the FBI SSD team, I like this group! Onto the next one! YAY! less
