review 1: I really just love everything about Adventure Time, and it was nice to learn more about Finn's new girlfriend, Flame Princess. I remember the episode that introduces her, where Jake searches far and wide for an age-appropriate love interest for young Finn so he can get over being rebuffed by 18-year old Princess Bubblegum. It set up her "fiery" personality and intense mood swings, and I enjoyed learning more about her from her point of view. Also, Finn's face whenever he talks about how much he likes Flame Princess is absolutely priceless. The cover is really beautiful and I wish the rest of the volume had been in color.
review 2: (This graphic novel seems to be not related to the actual comicbooks.)This book borrows heavily from the Finn-Flame Princess love sto
... morery angle, and is still very reminiscent of the Adventure Time vibe. As it centers on Flame Princess the most, it's not as silly / punny as Finn and Jake would have it, though it does have it moments. It's cute, and I would say it makes for a great book for the young people. It's funny, it's nice, and it will give you happy little feelings of lovey dovey-ness afterwards.Oh, and the additional BMO comic is cute :) less

Wonderful job capturing the voices of the characters, plus delightful BMO section at the end.

Cute, but it didn't seem up to the usual standards of the Adventure Time graphic novels.

Not in competition with the show at all. It's okay, I guess.

sort of a bummer that it's in black & white.
