review 1: The Earth Dwellers was an incredible conclusion to the Dwellers series and the Country Saga. There are several new characters and back stories added that would be easier to understand if you read the Country Saga before reading the Earth Dwellers, but it is not necessary if you don't want to. I laughed and cried while I read this final installment. So much happens, things that I never expected! What an amazing story!! What an amazing series!! This would make an awesome movie!!
review 2: The Earth Dwellers by David EstesAdele was surprised when she got to the surface and met three natives not from the glass city right away. Soon she finds out that the glassies are going to try to kill all the natives and she becomes determined that she will help them survive and... more will try and kill the president of the glass city who is also making the Star and Moon dwellers of that town live as second class citizens. This is probably my third favorite in the series. I loved the plots and I don't think there was a single PoV that I did not like reading. I think that Adele's might actually be my favorite even though hers wasn't my favorite in any of the others. I also loved Siena's but I love her in general. This book was very sad at times. I can't believe that the author did this one thing that I'm not going to name. I did hear a spoiler about that, but I didn't know that it was going to be as bad as it was. I'm still upset about that and I wish that at it would have happen to less of them. However, even though this is depressing, it also might make the book stronger.I do wish that certain things would have been tied up better in this book. I still feel like not much in known about the disease. I would have liked to know more about it. I also would have liked to learn what was west. One of the characters said that no one that went out there ever returned and so of course now I really want to know what is out there.I wish there was another book in this series. Sadly, I think that this is the last one.Overall I would give this book four out of five. less
