review 1: I do not know how to say it any other way this WORKS. It helps you change the way your mind works by applying the principals all around us in the animal kingdom. It will Change your relationship with you. It will help you be the person you are. I have in short never felt better and I am losing weight. I do not walk anymore I fly down the sidewalk. It was fine, basic common sense to be honest. Things like don't eat whilst sitting infront of the tv, eat slowly and chew properly excetra. There are other tips and some exercises and reps and also pictures demonstrating how to do them, that alone is pretty good. At the end there are links to websites that sell dvds and books on the exercising and techniques that you can go and buy if you really like them.For a free book it is ok but it bored me immensly, took ages to finish and the only reason it gets two stars is because the exercises should alone get a star. If your into exercise and diet type books you might enjoy it, for free it is worth a look. 2/5 for me and available at the time of publishing this review is free on Amazon. less
