review 1: K-3 Very decent follow up to the hugely successful Pout Pout Fish. This has many of the signature rhymes Diesen's children's books are known for, each as effective as the chorus to a song. Though it would be difficult to exceed what the original accomplished, kids who love Pout Pout Fish will enjoy another chapter of the sad flounder dealing with his comically pouting demeanor, while overcoming a fear of the dark.

With a powerful lesson, this book is a must have to continue from the first book we all enjoyed. less
