review 1: I loved the point of this book. It was right to the point, straightup and just what i needed to hear. I know i could of read this elsewhere but i didn't go looking for this, it just popped out at me while browsing at the library and so it means so much more. Would i buy this book? NO, because i can find this same thing right out of scripture, or on the LDS website. It's about a 5 minute book to read, and what he hoped it would do, did happen to me. It spoke to me and my unhappiness, struggles, and wanting to find my talents, and what i can contribute while here on earth.
review 2: Though I absolutely loved the message shared by President Uchtdorf in this book, I was also disappointed with it. The book is nothing more than a pretty presentation of a conference t
... morealk given by President Uchtdorf a few years ago. The message he shared then was just as beautiful as it is now. But buying the book to read something that can be read for free online just seems a bit like a rip off to me. If you want to read an uplifting, beautiful message directed to the women of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, look up President Uchtdorf's General Relief Society message from a few years ago online. You'll get the same things in this book {you'll just be missing some of the photography}. less
