review 1: Bentley has been disowned by his father for choosing an alternative lifestyle, but he is determined to make it on his own. He is met with numerous twists and turns, as well as a secret society that might be detrimental to all who get involved.I could not put this book down and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good read. The literary world definitely misses E. Lynn Harris. Rest In Paradise!
review 2: No disrespect to the dead, but this man can't write. He can tell a story though. This book was like sitting down with a friend over drinks and listening to their wild life. The problem is if you have to actually read this story, and care at all about writing, it will drive you crazy. It's not the typos, or the misuse of tense; it's the over the top ... moredescriptions. I feel a little dumber after reading it, but at least I was entertained in the process. less
