review 1: I was recommended this book by a friend and at first was reluctant to read as I've read similar books by other authors but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Rocco Silas has been serving deep within Afghanistan for years gaining information on a Drug Warlord. He manages to get very close to him by marrying his daughter. Rocco is highly trained but has a skill not many have he can speak many languages and learn new ones with ease. During this time he and his wife have a son who he will do anything for. A turn in events causes the military to pull rocco out so that he can heal but he's left with severe PTSD and night/day terrors. This book is highly emotional but well worth a read check it out for more on Rocco Silas and his Red Team Friends.

After years of living with and playing the part of a terrorist, he has come back a haunted, broken, and homeless being. His former handler asks him to go look after his younger sister who is try I by to set up an equestrian therapy ranch. she has had some vandalism and keeping a handyman. There is an instant attraction between them. As battles works through his PTSD and helps her with the ranch, it becomes apparent that the issues she has are not your run of the mill vandals, but terrorists trying to get to Rocco and Mandy's brother through Mandy. The story of Mandy and Rocco is sweet and sexy. The terrorism plot that runs through the series has me riveted. less
