review 1: Great cozy, again, from Elaine Viets. Some very important issues are presented about being a single parent, and there were times I actually laughed out loud as well; great sense of humor in her stories. Also, at the end of the book, she gives great shopping tips and some helpful websites as well. I highly recommend this series to all cozy mysteries lovers especially those of you who enjoy reading books without nasty curse words and raunchy sex scenes.
review 2: Josie is a mystery shopper for whatever store her boss sends her to. Her daughter Amelia thought her father to be dead but he was in prison when she was born but has now returned. Josie's bk, Mike's ex and th asshole daughter opened up a Christmas shop that sells pornaments. Nate, Josie's ex and anoth... moreer lady died from eating chocolate snowmen from a rival shop. In the end the ex did it with the daughters help. Mike asked Josie to marry him and she said no that their daughters don't get along. A neighbor named Stan always loved Josie from afar and started working out. She bought him a tight tshirt to show off his body and ended up celebrating with him and her family. less
