This is the first time I’ve ever used one of GlamGlow‘s products and the first time I’ve ever used a tinted moisturizer, so this was quite the adventure for me.
Upon opening the jar of Nude Glow, I noticed a pleasant scent rather than some ersatz floral or sweet smell many moisturizers have. I was pleasantly surprised by this. I was slightly nervous because it looks like a jar full of liquid highlighter, but I took a deep breath and dove in (well, my finger dove into the product, but still!)
When I applied the moisturizer, I only put a dot on each cheek, my chin, nose and forehead. That was enough to moisturize my entire face. The product blended easily into my skin; it didn’t take a lot of massaging to cover my face and have the product be entirely blended in.
The glow the moisturizer imparts is noticeable, but not blinding; it’s a subtle glow. It leaves your face looking pleasantly dewy and radiant; NOT like you just dumped a bottle of liquid highlighter onto your face.
Best of all, it actually does a damn good job of moisturizing. It left my face feeling silky smooth without any irritation. Given that I have Sjogren’s Syndrome, that’s quite the feat as my skin is very dry and sensitive.
I’m completely sold on this product and it is now going to be the official face moisturizer in this household. I think, however, I’ll switch to Pearl Glow because of personal preference (the Nude Glow was a gift.)
Give it a try yourself; you won’t be disappointed.
