review 1: This book was decent. Both stories, Dominic and Vincent, are set 10+ years in the future from the first 3 books. I did like Dominic a lot, and I think it could have done well as a full length novel. Vincent, however, was only so-so for me. Though I still enjoyed the story overall, I felt like she was just grasping at straws for this story, which in turn makes me weary of eventually reading the rest in this series. But, all in all, I still did enjoy both stories.
review 2: Not a bad read.. It’s kind of strange in that it is two different Satyr stories. Dominic's story is the first two-thirds of the book... Then grownup Victor (Jane and Nickolas' oldest son) is the last third..Taking place twenty years later. I wish Ms. Amber would have saved Victor for his own
... more book, him and his ELEVEN inches so deserve it..Whew...breathless for a moment. Is it wrong to totally lust after a character in a book? But I did enjoy installment number 4 of the Satyr series. I was worried that once the three stories of the main brothers were told, the series would fall flat. In book 4 she managed to expand on the else world/ earth world war that continued the story nicely. In this book however, she pretty much cleared all that up. So I’m very interested to see where she goes with Dane the fifth book. Yes I have already ordered it!I love all my double dong Satyrs as always. And as of book number four I still highly recommend the series. less
