Rhymes With Love
review 1: 3.5 stars. Tomboy Harriet "Harry" Hathaway has been in love with Tiberius Roxley since she was seven, when she pummeled him into the ground and declared that he *would* marry her. Now adults, Lord Roxley sees her only as coltish "Harry", not as a desirable woman. She needs to do something about that - even if it means another pummeling. Along the way are spies, eccentric aunts, title-hunting heiresses, and more.
review 2: Loved this book!!!Harriet Hathaway grew up surrounded by men, four brothers and their friend - the Earl of Roxley. So she's a bit tougher than your average socialite in the ton. One night, Harriet and Roxley both attend the same party and one thing leads to another and then... well, you know. Anyway, from that point on Harriet who is also
... moreaffectionately known as "Harry", belongs utterly and completely to the Earl of Roxley. So to her mind, he belongs to her and is now expecting a proposal. When she returns to London, she discovers that Roxley is close to proposing to some other woman he's only known for a fortnight. But she's too smart to accept it, she knows him well enough that something else is definitely going on.The Earl of Roxley lost both his parents to murder when he was very young, and was raised by some very eccentric Aunts. Harriet doesn't know this but Roxley's feelings for her are just as strong and he was on the verge of proposing to her, in fact he shared his desire to do so with a very close friend. Unfortunately, after he shared this plan, things begin to fall apart. He finds that all of a sudden he is going through a string of bad luck and the only thing that is going to save him is if he marries a wealthy merchant's daughter. Not only that, he is finding that an old family mystery seems to be behind what may be his ultimate destruction. And he is very determined to keep Harriet away from any and all danger. less

out of the first 3 of this series this one was my favorite. Add some mystery added to the romance.

Not as sharp as the others in the series, promising plot got a bit convoluted.
