Mind BLOWN. Angst, Addiction, Love, Loss, Betrayal. There is nothing better than an author writing something completely out of her norm and she proceeds to rock your damn world!! I devoured this book. INHALED IT!
Garden of Goodbyes was a deliciously raw, dark, gritty read overflowing with everything you want in a deep emotional read to get lost in. Violet, Eden and Lennox’s stories wrecked me in the best possible way. Even days later I sit here and I am still reeling over these characters and their deep emotional story that I absolutely loved.
Violet and Eden are sisters who didn’t have the best life growing up, they are complete opposites of one another but they look out for each other. Eden took on the protective role of Violet growing up and even older, she still does. Eden and Lennox are completely head over heels in love, happy and completely devoted but a tragic event led them down a path of twisty lies, deceit and the ultimate betrayal. I can’t really go into the story without giving it away. This is one you need to dive in and experience for yourself. Just know it is tragic, real and beautifully written.
Garden of Goodbyes is hands down undeniably Faith Andrew’s best work yet. This one gets ALL THE STARS!
