review 1: The second story in the series and it is Daphne Dale's and Henry Seldon's story. I love the mischief that Daphne puts herself in when she answers an ad in the paper for a wife. Funny thing is it was meant as a joke between Preston and Roxley. Henry answers it and a correspondence begins between Mr. Dishforth and Miss Spooner. It was wonderful! I always appreciate an epilogue and it was perfect. Love her writing.
review 2: I so loved Henry and Daphne. Their first meeting was wonderful and all the goofy things that Henry ended up doing were fun. How they ended up married was priceless. The feud was interesting and needed to finally be put to rest. Having Preston and Tabitha in the story along with Roxley and Harriet made a great story. Even having Crispin ... moreshow up and do his worst. Maybe Crispin has a story sometime. Hen the sister played a good roll. less
