review 1: The Books by the Bay Mystery series continues to be my favorite cozy series. LETHAL LETTERS is number 6 in the series. It's well written, with wonderful, intelligent characters. Not to say there are no kooky characters -- they are there and fun. Olivia Limoges and her dog, Haviland are back investigating another murder. Olivia is a successful restaurant owner and aspiring novelist. There's a wedding on the horizon and the historical society's annual fundraiser, the Secret Garden Party. A time capsule is found in the foundation of a local church and a body is found underneath a pier. Olivia has her hands full.
review 2: Another winner! Olivia Limoges owns a restaurant and wants to be a published author. She suffered heartache in the past and has a secret that sh... moree wants to tell her fiancé and friends, but isn't sure how they're going to react. She has her plate full of celebrations, so to take her mind off of everything for a while, she, her fiancé, niece, nephew and her precious poodle go to the beach. While at the beach she and her niece find a body. Olivia is determined to help the police solve the murder. This book kept me on the edge of my seat. Ms. Adams is a wonderful author and I can't wait for the next book in this series! less
