review 1: imho ist es bedeutet besser geschrieben als die ganze percy jackson reihe. weiter finde ich die neue Interpretation von mythologischen Elementen sehr gelungen - im Gegensatz zu percy und co geht man hierbei nicht nur auf die griechische ein sondern verwurstet gleich mal alles und jeden und das nicht mal schlecht. besonders gut fand ich auch die Fußnoten, die mich mit unter auf stundenlange internet-weiter-recherche geführt haben, weil die themen einfach so interessant und außerdem semi-real waren! sehr schön! ich freue mich auf band 2!
review 2: I loved this book. It has action and mythology or multiple cultures. Its about fallen angels and Gods. It is about twins whose mother is a Goddess and father a fallen angel. Two groups who supposedly have fought for... more centuries.The twins have to choose which family the belong to. The Immortals or the Infernals. It speaks of the characters moral decisions. Finding out who they are and deciding whether the immortals are truly the good ones and if the Infernals are really "bad." The twins are supposed to stick together but along the way it seems like the twins are different in their nature. All in all this is an amazing book. I love the series. It may be long but I have read it multiple times and would recommend it to anyone Teen and up. less
