review 1: One of my friends showed this book to me shortly after her store got it in stock. I took a quick look through the pages and instantly loved it. Though it's mostly written with men in mind, there's plenty of things in this book that are applicable to women. The tips and advice are legit too! Different women have different tastes, but I think a lot of the advice applies to many different types of women. Seriously, I would recommend this to any nerdy guy (Or even girl.) who has a tough time socializing with the opposite sex.Even though I'm married already and have been for several years, this book was just so charming, I had to have a copy of it.The nerdy references are fun, and the way it's written, like the author is a good buddy of the reader, is really encouraging. All in... more all, I enjoyed the heck out of this little book. Highly recommend it.
review 2: This guide is not "geek-y" at all, this is just a normal guide for dating. If you're a geek be proud of who you are and don't follow most of what this book tells you to do, it will just change your personality and make you just another jerk in the herd. And not all of it is true, in my opinion a 85% of the book is legit. But still I should admit that some guys should read this, might help them improve some stuff. less
