review 1: 3.5 Overall a cute story about 2 men that knew each other back in their teen years and reconnect 12 years later. One was a tax auditor and one a big, sweaty, construction guy. It was simple and sweet with really no angst, but I think if it had been fleshed out and continued along with a few word choice changes, it could have helped. I see that the author has plans for more stories in this location so that made me happy and hopefully we will read more about these guys' story.
review 2: Considering that Liam is the one who remembers every single thing about Kevin from his 'crush' days -- including the promises, I wonder how this will work in the end. Because Kevin doesn't remember anything about Liam, and all I can get from their interaction is that Kevin thin... moreks Liam is hot. That's it. It's a nice story, and it seems it is only the beginning of a series; maybe the HFN will be addressed in the next book. Who knows? less
