review 1: Mortem is an engaging book full of suspense and mystery that will keep the reader captivated until the very end. The story begins with the death of Craig Moore who has drowned, he has left his meager estate to his cousin Andy Crowl. Andy arrives to the run down home of his cousin Craig and finds a letter written by Craig giving rules to a game and from there the mystery begins. The story is well crafted, original, and very exciting. The alternating viewpoint keeps the reader engaged in the story. This is a very interesting concept. Therme is a wonderful writer and I can't wait to read his next book. ISBN 1495285936
review 2: This book is outside of my normal preferred genres, but I really enjoyed it. The storyline kept me hooked and I liked how it was narrate
... mored from the alternating viewpoints of the two main characters. It was suspenseful, but not so much that it left me too freaked out to sleep well :) I read the first half over a couple days, but finished the second half in a couple hours because I couldn't put it down anymore. Overall, I recommend it!! less
