Warriors: Dawn of the Clans

review 1: As the third book to the main series, Dawn of the Clans, I think this a great book. During the book tensions rise between Clear Sky's camp and Gray Wing's camp to the point where it turns into war. This book is action-packed and has a lot of scenes where the characters are in great danger. It also takes the perspective of three cats. Gray Wing, Thunder, and Clear Sky. Gray wing is the cat who is leader of one of the groups. Clear Sky, Gray Wing's brother, is in charge of the other groups and has some tensions with Gray Wing. Thunder, Clear Sky's son, is part of Gray Wing's group and he just left Clear Sky's group. Overall I think this book is great and you should read it, but you should read the first book to the series, The Sun Trail.
review 2: This so far is ... moremy favorite book in the series. The first and second one weren't too bad, but on this one, you can really connect what's happening to what happens in the other warrior books. I recognized Dapple pelt, Cloud Spots, and Pebble Heart as the first medicine cats. Tall Shadow, Wind Runner, Thunder, and River. Ripple are obviously the four leaders of the clans. You see a lot more of Clear Sky's perspective and you will come to understand why he's such a jerk. There's more action in this book with the First Battle and all, but I think the part River Ripple has in the story could be smoother. Overall, this was a really fun book to read and I hugely recommend it even if the first and second book was a bit disappointing to you. less
