review 1: I have to say this has been my least favorite of the series so far. It still had that so bad it's good vibe because it doesn't take itself seriously but the pacing felt a little off. I think it's because the team is not as much reacting to situations already upon them but trying to proactively approach a problem and they kind of are not good at that. I did think the whole getting used to the desk job vs the active duty job was handled nicely though.
review 2: Another wild ride with Kitty and Co. Less sex, more plot, always a plus! One issue that pops to mind. Picture gets stolen before Christopher can image it. They have the guys who took it on video when they cased the place earlier. Rather than image the guys who took it, they complain about losing the photo ... moreand not being able to image it. Repeatedly. When they could have done the next best thing and gotten info on the guys who took it. Also, deus ex machina is alive and well in the Kitty-verse, but that's par for the course and usually interesting to see, so not a bad thing. All in all, a good installment of the AC series. I'm looking forward to the next one. :) less
