review 1: Um, this is a movie and not a book so I'm kind of confused as to why it's on Goodreads. It was amazing though! Glenn's story of being an alcoholic, having a dysfunctional family, and ending up Mormon is by turn heartbreaking, heartwarming, and humorous. It's just Glenn telling his story to an audience, but he does it in an entertaining way and it's fun to watch the audience cracking up one moment and crying the next.
review 2: A great story told by a great guy very entertinging to hear Glenn talk about his conversion story he will make you laugh allot and you'll not want to stop listening to his CD.My favorite part he was in sacrement meeting singing a hym when he was investigating the church after the first verse was sung he closed his hymn book while everyone... more else around him kept singing "I'm like holy crap now I know why it takes 3 hours."Glenn also tells the story of how he met his wife Tonya that's pretty funny too.I highly recommend this to fans of Glenn Beck you will really enjoy it this is a very inspirational story.I just wish this story was a little longer (about a hour long just 7 tracks on the CD) but I still really enjoyed it it was a great use of my time and this story is most definatly worthy of your attention.Enjoy :)PS I love it that this is on CD so I can put it on my iPod and have it with me in my pocket to listen to whenever I want pretty cool. less
