review 1: I'm dancing between giving this one 3 stars or 4 stars...It was a cute book, suggestive dialogue but nothing actually happening besides a grope. I like the 2 main characters and really enjoyed Charlie’s best friend Myrtle…don’t we all wish we had someone like her watching our backs! It’s a short book, I wish it was longer because there were a lot of issues to work out between these two and it just danced around most of them but in the end it was a cute book.
review 2: I had so much fun reading this story. It was so funny at times that I actually laughed out loud, which in turn caused those around me to look at me funny and slowly back away, but it was worth it.This book was truly wonderful. Romantic and funny and just real. The characters felt real a... morend were flawed and I loved that about them.Hayes is a master at drawing you into her stories and making you care about the characters. I have loved every single book I have read from her and look forward to reading more in the future. less
