review 1: So this book gave me a few genuine laugh out loud moments and I liked the hints of 'something more' between Rock and Charlie, but overall, it felt very unfinished and unsatisfying. The info at the end says the author is/has written two sequels but I'm not sure I'm interested in plowing through that much smut for the tiny nuggets of plot. A good three quarters of the book was fucking and my eyes began to glaze over at the half-way point (and not the good kind of glazing over). Much of the sex was gratuitous, adding absolutely nothing to the story, and the book could have benefited from more plot (which would have rendered a sequel unnecessary).
review 2: Ridiculous overworked plot. Scenes/lines that are meant to be humorous? Well I think they were....All of t
... morehese things had me rolling my eyes and yet I kept reading through the end. Probably just so I could point out how silly (in a sad way) this was. But then it didn't end. There are 2 more books. What is going on with super porn god Rock Harding??? He is obviously in love with Charlie Heggensford and has some kind of weird surveillance going on. Why doesn't he just leave mega villain Cedric? And so I've been sucked in by another bad book that has a sequel. Somebody stop me. Please less
