review 1: Ugh! Nothing like an a abrupt ending to tick a reader off. The story itself was pretty good. I enjoyed most everything in this book except for a few minor things that were repetitive, like the character calling himself 3 or 4 different names and repeatedly not thinking he deserved to be loved by a human or anyone else because he was unwanted, a cast off by his pack but when you turn the page and BAM the story is just done it kinda ruins it. I'm only hoping there will be another to clear things up and if not than I'm really disappointed. 3.5 stars
review 2: A surprisingly different historical M/M romance with a paranormal element, set in London, one year after the Ripper murders. While many elements illustrate the time in which it is set, it is also a story that... more could take place in a modern time period with only a few adjustments. If you like urban fantasy/paranormal romance, then there is every chance you will enjoy this novel, even if you're not a fan of historical romance. (Luckily, I love PNR and enjoy a well-written historical romance, so this was a win-win for me). less
