review 1: Like the rest of the series I absolutely love this book. The book is about a teenage vampire living in a small town called Bathory. As he swears to himself never to drink from a human, he couldn't help himself. After having multiple death defying nightmares after that he finally gives in, and decides to go to an evil vampire, because Vlad thinks he's making the dreams happen. He goes to the secret floor of a extremely creepy apartment building, and finds out that his uncle was the one was actually living the nightmares. I loved this book because the action was non-stop, and it kept you guessing till the very end.
review 2: The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod: Tenth Grade Bleeds by Heather Brewer. I liked this book, because it interests me by being about supernatural... more creatures such as vampires, and also has is realistic about teenagers and life in highschool. The main setting of this book is in the town of Bathory, at Vlad's house and Bathory High (the town's highschool). The main characters in the book are Vlad, his best friend Henry, aunt Nelly, uncle Otis, girlfriend Meredith, and his two enemies Ignatius and D'Ablo. The main conflicts of this book are, a boy named Eddie is trying to expose Vlad as a vampire to the school with pictures and such, Vlad and Henry are losing their friendship, Vlad's hunger for real blood is growing stronger every day, and Ignatius and D'Ablo are trying to kill Vlad. I would recomend this book to others such as my friends because we shared a lot of the same interests and I feel like they woukld like this type of book. less
