I'll Be There
review 1: As soon as I started reading this book, I was instantly captivated and hooked. We all hear about young people living very rough and unstable lifestyles, and this book really gives you a general idea of how difficult it is, especially for growing teenagers. On the other hand, we all know someone that is similar to the character Emily, I certainly do. I love how in this touching story, it connects people that come from completely different backgrounds. It shows us that we can find love in just about anywhere and just about anybody.
review 2: Sam Border knew he would have to leave Churchill eventually. His father would make them leave this town, just like the others. Clarence Border's stealing had sent them out of many towns quicker then it was possible for either
... more Sam or his brother Riddle to get comfortable. Sam was okay with that, until he meets Emily Bell at the town's First Unitarian Church. Emily Bell, singing for the choir, is helped suddenly by Sam when she feels ill after her performance. They both are curious about each other, and an unexpected romance sparks. Can Emily and Sam be together, or will Sam's dad ruin the one chance at a real, good life, for his kids? If you like realistic fiction with only a little bit of romance, and a strong male character as well as a strong female character, then you'll like this book. less

It's amazing. Not other book about a typical teen love story. My favourite character: Riddle :)

I enjoyed the book a lot. I like how the author juxtapositioned the serious with the comical.
