review 1: I liked it but some bits got "lost in translation".... some of it was rushed. As a Freebie, realistically speaking, its a great introduction to Ms Holly's series. I however like my D/s a bit more hard core and totally dislike switches...... no no no! But it works here with the growly Dom, just not Uber dom enough for me. Perhaps I might find that in Kyle:) You and I might have a date soon! Really considering reading the next book to see if I might love it, but all in all a great read for those that enjoy a bit of extra kink.
review 2: Ok I could only give this 3.5 stars.Although I loved the BDSM and all the scenes I just couldn't get over Damian being a "jerk" (insert expletive) throughout the story. He wasn't just alpha Dom he came off as a rich guy who always
... more got what he wanted. Lydia is a Domme with a secret of wanted to be "topped" in the bedroom. She doesn't label herself a "switch" but that is what she is. She likes being the Domme to both male and female subs filling their needs and some of her own, but she just can't help loving when Damian takes control of her in the bedroom. This is a rather quick story and the two characters fall "in love" super quickly and start talking marriage and children....after only like 66 pages.I lliked Lydia she was real, didn't like Damian and I would have liked the story to be a bit longer. less

Someone told me this series was great, but I do not see the appeal.
