review 1: Why do harlequin's heroine always stupid? Why always jumping to conclusion without confirm the fact? It's so frustrating to read. But there's a slight different from this book. The story is not so typical. The hero didn't blackmail and didn't took advantage of the heroine. He's not that ruthless compare to many of hlq presents' hero. The story feels...gloomy, I think. So many secrets, bitterness and hurt, especially from the hero. Part I love is when the hero presents the short movie at the ending. Sweet :)
review 2: The book was okay. I didn't like the heroine Sarah much, how she allowed her family to take advantage of her, and the father of her daughter as well. I felt she had zilch confidence.Lorenzo was also just okay nothing great. He's a famous film dire... morector, and his wife just walked out on him and he's infertile. He wants the rights of Sarah's late father's book and it is a coincidence they run into each other twice. He keeps her on at his place for help. Just didn't enjoy the book much. less
